AJ Collections – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with AJ Collections! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons. These include:

Clearance or "Final Sale" items

Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at ajcollections333@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
⚠️ Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without contacting us first.
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
