AJ Collections – Shipping Policy

At AJ Collections, we are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your items.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard reliable shipping to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Shipping Cost: 📌 Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's portal. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Addresses & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AJ Collections is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

5. Damages & Missing Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking states your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at ajcollections333@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
